To be Partenership you can’t be like “Oh I have like 100.000 views in a video and i haven’t got partenership”. If your videos have at least 10.000-30.000 (there isn’t a certain amount) views MAYBIE you will get contacted by youtube to join partership. You can’t have let’s say, 1000 views on a video and have 100.000 views on ONE VIDEO and hope you have partnership. Besides views you need Good content.? And trust me, the amount of subscribers you have DOES NOT MATTER.

The video ad before starting the video is not from the user, if you click it YOUTUBE? makes money not the user. Users only make money with side banners and in-video banners
